Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Business Development Executive. The responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. The role requires proactive communication, effective negotiation, and the ability to work strategically to meet business goals.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong competencies in Business and Account Management
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other digital platforms is an advantage
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and sales strategies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
