About the Role:
We’re looking for a smart, sharp, and self-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) who knows how to open doors, build trust with clients, and help us grow globally. You’ll be working directly with decision-makers across different industries to pitch our IT services and product development capabilities.
If you're someone who lives on LinkedIn, can hold a prospect’s attention on a cold call, and knows how to position a tech service as a business solution—we want to talk to you!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Actively hunt for new clients in international markets (especially US, UAE, UK, etc.)
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, emails, and networking
- Understand client requirements and work with our tech team to prepare custom proposals
- Handle the entire pre-sales process—from discovery to proposal and follow-ups
- Set up meetings, product demos, and calls with qualified leads
- Keep CRM and trackers updated with all activity and progress
- Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth handover and onboarding
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of solid experience in IT services or product development sales
- Strong experience in international B2B sales
- Someone who’s a master of LinkedIn – knows how to prospect, connect, and engage
- Cold calling pro – can pitch confidently and handle objections with ease
- Hands-on experience with pre-sales activities (proposal building, RFPs, solutioning)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Tech-savvy and able to understand basic software concepts
Bonus if you have:
- Prior experience with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, Zoho, etc.
- Sold services like custom software, mobile apps, AI/ML, or SaaS before
- A good network of decision-makers (CEOs, CTOs, Heads of Product, etc.)
