Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive with over 10 years of expertise to join our team in an on-site, full-time capacity at our Coimbatore location. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating quality leads, managing key client accounts, and building strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by executing effective strategies, collaborating with internal teams, and nurturing long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
• Strategic thinking and business acumen to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable plans
• Experience in hygiene or personal care industries is a plus
• Willingness to work on-site in Coimbatore
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
