Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results‑driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth for our IT services portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT services, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing long‑term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for IT services such as software development, web/mobile applications, cloud solutions, data analytics, and support services.
- Generate leads through multiple channels including LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and networking.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions in collaboration with the technical team.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial bids to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long‑term engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project handover and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in business development or sales within an IT services company.
- Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.
- Strong understanding of IT services and solution‑based selling.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non‑technical clients
- Self‑motivated with a target‑driven approach
- Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email marketing tools is an added advantage
