Experience: 2–4 years in B2B Software / IT Sales
We're Technoville Consultants — a full-service software and digital solutions company with 200+ global clients, 55+ professionals, and 450+ delivered projects across India, USA, and Australia. We build ready-to-deploy management systems and fully custom software, and now we're scaling our sales vertical. We need a sharp, driven BDE who can close deals in Ahmedabad's business parks by afternoon and pitch a Melbourne logistics firm on Zoom by morning.
What you'll sell
- Travel Management System : USA & Australia markets
- Inventory Management System : USA & Australia markets
- Construction Site Inspection : India
- Study Abroad & CRM Systems : India + International
- Custom Software Development : India + International
The role : 50% India · 50% International
* Drive ~15 in-person field visits per week across Ahmedabad — demos, discovery, and deal closures with SMEs, construction firms, education consultancies, and more
* Own outbound international sales for USA & Australia via LinkedIn, cold email, and video demos (Zoom / Google Meet)
* Conduct on-site and virtual product demos tailored to each prospect's workflow and pain points
* Prepare proposals and scope documents in collaboration with the tech team; negotiate pricing and contracts
* Manage and update your pipeline in the CRM daily — field notes, objections, next steps
* Cold call 10–15 domestic prospects daily alongside your field visits
* Attend local trade shows, expos, and chamber events to generate leads
* Build long-term relationships for AMC renewals, upsells, and referrals
What we're looking for
* 2–4 years of B2B software, SaaS, ERP, or IT services sales — field sales experience is a must
* Comfortable selling to international clients (USA / Australia) over video calls, email, and LinkedIn
* Ability to translate business problems into software solutions during conversations with non-technical owners
* Strong English communication (mandatory for international); Hindi/Gujarati for India clients
* Self-starter who creates opportunities rather than waiting for inbound leads
* Proficient with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and video conferencing
* Own two-wheeler for daily field travel
* Willingness to occasionally align with USA/Australia time zones for early or late calls
Nice to have
- Prior international sales experience, especially USA or Australia
- Experience selling to travel agencies, construction, education, or healthcare sectors
- Familiarity with solution selling (SPIN, Challenger) or AMC/renewal management
- Existing network in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, or international markets
