Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive based in Ahmedabad who will drive business growth for our Workday services. This is an onsite role, where the candidate will actively manage sales activities, generate leads, and engage with global clients (USA, UK, Canada, India) from the Ahmedabad office.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for Workday consulting and implementation services
- Promote offerings including:
- Workday Finance, HR, Planning & Analytics solutions
- Implementation, Integration, Deployment & Support services
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle from Ahmedabad office (lead generation → closure)
- Reach out to international clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings
- Conduct presentations and pitch solutions to prospects
- Build strong client relationships and maintain long-term partnerships
- Coordinate with internal delivery teams for proposals and closures
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in IT services / SaaS / ERP sales
- Strong communication skills (mandatory for international client interaction)
- Experience in inside sales / global sales / B2B sales
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Comfortable working from office (Ahmedabad)
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Workday / ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Experience in selling staff augmentation or consulting services
- Knowledge of lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, etc.)
