Business Development Executive – Travel Sales
- Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat
- Experience: 1-3 years

What you’ll be doing (Sales Focus):
• Handling inbound & outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp & emails
• Qualifying leads based on budget, intent & travel timelines
• Pitching travel packages and persuading customers to book
• Consistently following up with prospects to drive conversions
• Handling objections and negotiating to close sales
• Achieving monthly sales targets and revenue goals
• Maintaining CRM hygiene and documentations
• Upselling and cross-selling travel services (hotels, packages, add-ons)
• Maintaining a strong sales pipeline and updating CRM regularly
What we’re looking for:
• 1–3 years of experience in sales (travel sales preferred)
• Strong communication, persuasion & negotiation skills
• Takes initiative to independently learn and stay updated on travel products, market trends,
and customer preferences
• Target-driven mindset with focus on conversions
• Ability to manage multiple leads and close efficiently
