We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive with experience in B2B tech sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning the full sales cycle — from identifying prospects and generating leads to engaging clients, pitching solutions, and closing deals.
This role requires someone who is proactive, relationship-focused, and comfortable selling technology and digital solutions to enterprise and mid-sized businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end B2B tech sales, including prospecting, client engagement, solution pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Identify and hunt new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders across industries.
- Understand client business needs and position relevant technology solutions and services.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and proposal discussions with potential clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline, track opportunities, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment and smooth client onboarding.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in B2B tech sales or IT services sales.
- Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand technology solutions and translate them into business value for clients.
- Experience working with CRM tools and sales pipelines.
- Self-motivated with a strong hunter mindset and result-oriented approach.
Good to Have
- Experience selling digital transformation, low-code platforms, AI solutions, or cloud services.
- Exposure to international client engagement or global markets.
