About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented sales professionals to promote our Student Loan Offering. The role involves building strong relationships with study abroad consultants/agents and driving business through partner acquisition and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard study abroad consultants and education agents as business partners
- Promote and sell the company’s student loan services to partner networks
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the education ecosystem
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product training sessions for partners
- Generate leads through partner channels and ensure conversion
- Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams for smooth processing of loan applications
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business growth objectives
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management
- Travel extensively within the assigned region
Eligibility Criteria / Key Requirement
- Minimum 1–4 years of experience in sales of loans, financial products, or similar services
- Experience in education loans / personal loans / unsecured lending will be preferred
- Strong network with study abroad consultants will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively
- Graduate in any discipline
