Job RoleWe are looking for an energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our training institute’s reach by building relationships with colleges, educational institutions, and coaching centers.
The candidate will present our training programs to students and academic authorities and generate new student enrollments.
Key Responsibilities• Visit colleges and meet Principals, HODs, and Placement Officers
• Present academy profile, courses, and placement opportunities
• Promote skill development programs to students
• Generate student leads and convert them into enrollments
• Build partnerships with colleges and institutions
• Achieve monthly student enrollment targets
• Submit daily visit and performance reports
Required Skills• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Field marketing / Business Development experience preferred
• Ability to handle institutional meetings
• Target-oriented mindset
• Two-wheeler preferred for field visits
• Willingness to travel to nearby districts
QualificationAny UG / PG (MBA preferred)
- Experience in the education / training sector is an advantage.
