BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive – B2B (Decision-Maker Outreach)

Location: Gurgaon

Our entire sales process is driven through Zoho CRM and in-house quotation software, ensuring:

We are building a young, aggressive, and performance-driven sales team — people who are proactive, street-smart, and hungry to grow.

Your Role

You are the frontline hunter.

Your job is to break into companies, reach decision-makers, and generate qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Identify and connect with decision-makers (purchase managers)

✔ Conduct outreach via calls, LinkedIn, email & research

✔ Initiate first-level conversations and generate interest

✔ Qualify leads and pass to managers

✔ Maintain accurate CRM records (Zoho CRM)

✔ Support follow-ups and pipeline building

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

✔ Decision-makers identified

✔ Successful connects

✔ Qualified opportunities

✔ CRM activity consistency

Requirements
