Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive – Real Estate (Healthcare) based in Hyderabad. Responsibilities include identifying and generating new business opportunities, cultivating and managing client relationships, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with teams to achieve business goals. The role requires proactive engagement with clients in the healthcare real estate sector and contributing to the growth of QHT Clinic's presence and partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation for strategic growth
- Strong skills in Business strategy and Account Management
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills for building and maintaining relationships
- Knowledge of the real estate and healthcare sectors is a plus
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience with CRM tools and data analysis is an advantage
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills to manage and close deals effectively
