We are currently looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team in Hyderabad, India. This role is ideal for a driven professional with a strong background in pharmaceutical consulting sales (MUST HAVE), who is passionate about building relationships and driving business growth.
You'll be responsable for:
- Driving sales growth through proactive client acquisition and business development strategies.
- Identifying and generating new leads, converting prospects into qualified business opportunities.
- Preparing, negotiating, and closing commercial proposals and contracts with clients.
- Managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact to order confirmation.
- Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Resolving customer queries and supporting clients throughout the sales process.
- Preparing and maintaining accurate sales reports and commercial documentation.
- Managing business correspondence and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade fairs.
- Effectively utilizing CRM tools to track opportunities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 4–6 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales within Pharmaceutical Consulting (MUST HAVE).
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical services and consulting business models.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio).
- Experience using CRM systems is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend events.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- A results-driven mindset, with strong organizational and communication skills.
- A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
