Job Responsibilities:
- Generate quality leads through LinkedIn, networking, references, and other platforms
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities
- Initiate communication with prospective clients through email, LinkedIn, and meetings
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
- Maintain database and follow-up records of leads and prospects
- Understand client requirements and present company services effectively
- Support the sales team in achieving business growth targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development / Lead Generation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory
- Candidate should be presentable and confident in client interactions
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn and lead generation tools
- Self-motivated and result-oriented approach
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
Preferred Skills:
- B2B lead generation experience
- Client handling and coordination skills
- Professional email drafting and presentation skills
