We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive/Manager with experience in IT Sales to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with both field sales and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their IT staffing, software, digital transformation, or technology requirements.
- Conduct presentations, product/service demonstrations, and commercial discussions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with delivery and technical teams for successful project execution.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
Requirements:
- 2–6 years of experience in IT Sales or Business Development.
- Strong field sales and client-facing experience.
- Experience selling IT Services, Software Solutions, SaaS, IT Staffing, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Digital Services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
- Comfortable traveling across Mumbai for client meetings.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
