Title: Business Development Executive – IT Field Sales

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive to expand our B2B client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, and driving sales for the company’s innovative IT solutions through field sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking
- Acquire new B2B clients and build a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations
- Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively
- Maintain daily reports of sales activities and client interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-4 years of experience in B2B field sales or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel for field sales activities
- Target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in IT, technology, or innovative products/services
- Strong networking and client relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and perform under pressure
