About KootamiKootami is a fast-growing B2B SaaS platform enabling associations, chambers, and communities to manage members, events, networking, and fundraising in one unified ecosystem.
We work with organizations across Education, Healthcare, Business Networks, and Trade Associations, helping them scale engagement and operations digitally.
Why This Role is DifferentThis is not a support internship. You will work on real revenue-driven activities, interact with decision-makers, and gain exposure across the complete business lifecycle — from lead generation to client onboarding.
What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)1. Business Development & Sales Execution
- Prospect and generate B2B leads (associations, chambers, institutions)
- Support the sales pipeline: outreach → qualification → demo → follow-up
- Work on conversion strategies and deal closures
2. Client Demos & Consultative Selling
- Deliver/assist in product demos tailored to client use cases
- Understand client pain points and position Kootami as a solution
3. Marketing & Growth Initiatives
- Execute LinkedIn, email, and partnership outreach campaigns
- Contribute to demand generation and brand visibility
4. Event & Community Engagement
- Support execution of events, conferences, and networking meets
- Engage with participants, partners, and organizers
5. Client Relationship & Account Management
- Build long-term relationships with prospects and clients
- Assist in onboarding and engagement of new clients
6. Product Support & Feedback Loop
- Help clients navigate the platform
- Capture insights and feedback for product improvements
Ideal Candidate Profile- Fresher or recent graduate (any discipline)
- Strong interest in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly proactive with a startup mindset
- Comfortable with targets, execution, and ownership
- Ability to multitask across sales, events, and client interactions
Preferred (Good to Have)- Experience in event management, college fests, or leadership roles
- Exposure to B2B sales / SaaS / community platforms
- Active on LinkedIn or involved in networking activities
