Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position as a Business Development Executive – Institutional Supply, located in Nagpur. The role includes identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, managing client accounts, building strategic relationships with institutional clients, participating in Government tenders and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure growth opportunities.
- Strong Business acumen and the ability to work towards sales targets with strategic planning expertise.
- Exceptional Communication skills, including verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in Account Management to manage and grow long-term client relationships.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to collaborative team goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is an advantage.
- Prior experience in submission of Government Tenders.
