Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive for Influencer Sales who can help onboard brands, generate leads, and build partnerships for influencer marketing campaigns. The candidate should have strong communication skills, sales confidence, and understanding of social media/influencer marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential brands, agencies, and business owners for influencer marketing collaborations
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Instagram, email outreach, and cold calling
- Pitch influencer marketing services and campaign ideas to clients
- Coordinate with influencers and internal teams for campaign execution
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Follow up with leads and close deals effectively
- Maintain sales pipeline and CRM updates
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Stay updated with influencer marketing trends and social media platforms
Requirements
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, influencer marketing, or digital marketing
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and influencer ecosystem
- Comfortable with lead generation and client interaction
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
Preferred Skills
- Experience in influencer marketing agency or digital marketing agency
