StarClinch is looking for a passionate and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. If you have experience in Influencer Marketing, Artist Bookings, Talent Management, or Brand Collaborations, we'd love to connect with you.
📍 Location: Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi
💼 Experience: 1–3 Years
🗓️ Working Days: 6 Days a Week
🎯 Role: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage influencer marketing campaigns and artist bookings end-to-end
• Coordinate with influencers, artists, talent managers, and agencies
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable talent
• Negotiate commercials, deliverables, and campaign terms
• Build and maintain strong industry relationships
• Drive revenue through successful campaign closures and partnerships
What We're Looking For:
• Experience in Influencer Marketing, Artist Management, Talent Partnerships, or Event Sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
• Passion for the creator economy, entertainment, and brand collaborations
