Business Development Executive – Hospitality Sales (International)
Location: India (Remote/Work from Office) | Reporting to: GM, KAJO Group

Founded by promoters and directors with over 25 years of combined industry experience, we've built a reliable supply chain that helps Indian restaurants, cafes, and bars across Australia operate efficiently — reducing dependency on highly qualified chefs by enabling kitchens to run smoothly with interns and mid-level chefs.
Role Overview
We're looking for a Business Development Executive based in India to drive international sales for our Australian venue network. You'll remotely approach and onboard restaurants, cafes, bars, and Indian food outlets across Australia, pitching our supply chain solution and building lasting client relationships — all from our India office.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential venues in Australia — restaurants, cafes, bars, and Indian food outlets — via phone, email, and video calls
- Present and pitch KAJO Group's semi-finished curry and sauce range as a solution for kitchen efficiency and consistency
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and procurement decision-makers
- Follow up on leads generated by the research team and convert them into supply agreements
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and onboarding for new venue partnerships
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales pipeline in CRM
- Coordinate with the back-end research and marketing team on outreach strategy
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management
What We're Looking For
- Background in hospitality, food service, or restaurant sales (preferred)
- Prior experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Comfortable making international calls and working across time zones (Australian hours)
- Understanding of restaurant/kitchen operations, particularly Indian cuisine, is a strong advantage
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or equivalent relevant experience
