Business Development Executive – Ground Sales (Law Firms & Notaries)📍 Ahmedabad | Full-Time | On-Site
About the Role
We are building a legal-tech network that connects individuals and businesses with lawyers and notaries in Ahmedabad. This role is for a field-driven Business Development Executive who will directly engage with legal professionals, pitch our platform, and onboard them into the network.
This is not a desk sales role. It is a ground-level execution role involving field visits, relationship building, and opportunity discovery in the legal ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit law firms, independent lawyers, and notary offices across Ahmedabad
- Pitch and onboard legal professionals onto our platform
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships in the legal community
- Identify new business opportunities and expansion zones (courts, legal clusters, offices)
- Maintain daily reporting of visits, leads, and conversions
- Coordinate with internal team for onboarding and activation of partners
- Act as the face of the company in the field
Requirements
- Comfortable with extensive field work and travel within Ahmedabad
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to independently plan routes and manage daily visits
- Basic understanding of sales/BD or willingness to learn fast
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Prior field sales experience is a plus (not mandatory)
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
- Performance Bonus: Based on successful onboardings and targets achieved
- Additional incentives for high performers (top-tier earners will scale significantly)
