Role Description
This is a full-time position located in Guwahati, Assam for a Business Development Executive – Geotechnical Investigation & Soil-Construction Material Laboratory Testing. The individual will be responsible for driving new business development and identifying potential clients in the field of geotechnical investigations and material testing. Responsibilities include lead generation, building and maintaining client relationships, preparing and presenting proposals, and managing client accounts. The candidate will collaborate closely with technical teams to align client needs with sustainable and innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and generating business opportunities in the construction, geotechnical, or related sectors.
- Experience and expertise in Lead Generation and identifying potential customers.
- Strong skills in Communication and relationship management to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Knowledge of Account Management and building long-term partnerships with clients.
- Prior experience in the geotechnical investigation, soil testing, construction materials testing industry is highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and solve problems effectively.
- A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, , or a related field is preferred.
