We're Hiring: Business Development Executive – Financial Services | Delta Chase, Thrissur
Delta Chase is growing — and we're looking for a driven Business Development Executive – Financial Services to join our Home Loans & LAP team.
As an independent financial services firm working with 20+ leading banks and NBFCs, we help customers find the right home loan, loan against property, business loan, and insurance solutions. You'll be the face of that promise.
What you'll do:
📞 Connect with leads and guide customers through their loan journey
🤝 Build lasting relationships with clients and channel partners
📋 Coordinate documentation, follow-ups, and lender liaison
🎯 Drive disbursements and achieve monthly targets
What we're looking for:
✅ 0–3 years of experience in sales, banking, NBFC, or DSA (freshers with the right attitude welcome)
✅ Strong communication in Malayalam and English
✅ Customer-first mindset with a hunger to grow
✅ Based in or willing to work from Thrissur
