We are looking for a proactive, confident, and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our IT company in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through field sales, meeting potential clients, and closing deals for a wide range of IT services.
This role requires regular client visits across Jaipur and nearby areas, with a strong focus on government offices, banks, and private organizations. The candidate should be comfortable with direct client interaction, relationship building, and independent deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and develop new business opportunities in Jaipur and nearby regions
- Conduct field visits to government offices, banks, corporate offices, and private organizations to promote the company’s IT services
- Pitch and promote services such as website development, Artificial Intelligence Solutions, Mobile apps, digital marketing, Ecommerce management & Marketing
- Schedule and attend client meetings to understand requirements and present suitable solutions
- Deliver presentations, service demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with decision-makers, government officials, and banking representatives
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospects to move them through the sales pipeline
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals independently
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development and sales targets
- Maintain accurate daily records of field visits, meetings, lead status, and conversions
- Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution
- Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and client feedback to support business growth strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with extensive field work and client meetings across Jaipur
- Ability to interact professionally with senior officials, corporate representatives, and institutional clients
- Basic understanding of IT services and digital solutions; training will be provided where needed
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and deal-closing abilities
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented approach to sales
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Prior experience in IT sales, B2B sales, field sales, or business development
- Familiarity with government procurement processes, banking sector interactions, or institutional sales
- Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
- Strong follow-up and pipeline management skills
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license will be an advantage
- Preference for candidates based in Jaipur or nearby areas
