Key Responsibilities
• Lead generation,lead conversion and admission
• Parent counselling & lead follow-up
• Achieving admission/revenue targets
• CRM updates & reporting
Skills & Competencies
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and the local language (Tamil).
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and counselling abilities with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with parents.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
