Business Development Executive – Event Management
Location: Bengaluru, India
We are an event management company looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to expand our corporate client base in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and engage with corporate decision-makers (Events, Marketing, HR, and Admin Heads).
- Use LinkedIn for networking, lead generation, and brand promotion.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support event execution and coordination when required.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports using MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada.
- Confident in handling phone and video call interactions.
- Comfortable traveling within Bengaluru (no outstation travel required).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn as a business development and marketing tool (training can be provided).
- Pleasant personality with flexibility to support event operations when needed.
Compensation
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
- Incentives: Percentage on sales closures.
