Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to handle qualified LinkedIn leads, connect with prospects, understand their requirements and convert them into clients. This is a client-facing role focused on communication and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with qualified leads.
- Conduct client calls and understand requirements.
- Suggest suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Present services clearly and professionally.
- Handle objections and follow-ups.
- Convert leads into paying clients.
- Maintain updates in the lead tracking system.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with sales calls and client interaction.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, Social Media, Websites, Ads).
- Prior experience in sales or business development is a plus.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
Compensation
- Commission-based or fixed plus commission (based on experience).
