Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to help expand our corporate training business by generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
• Connect with HR, L&D, Sales Heads, and Business Owners
• Pitch corporate training and consulting solutions
• Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposal submissions and closures
• Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives
Required Skills:
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good understanding of B2B sales and business development
• Confidence in client interaction and negotiation
• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
• Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach and networking preferred
Preferred Experience:
• Experience in Corporate Sales / Training Sales / B2B Sales preferred
• Freshers with strong communication and learning attitude may also apply
