Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Bhiwandi. The role entails identifying and developing new business opportunities within the CNC Machining and Industrial Solutions sectors. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, managing client relationships, overseeing account growth, and contributing to the company’s strategic business objectives. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions tailored to client needs and drive sustainable business growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and grow the client base
- Strong Business acumen and Account Management skills for maintaining and expanding client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills to foster client engagement and collaborate effectively with team members
- Experience in sales or business development in the manufacturing, machining, or industrial solutions sectors is a plus
- Ability to work independently with a proactive and results-driven mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with the CNC machining and industrial solutions industry is an advantage
