Business Development Executive – Client Acquisition
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Work From Office)
Experience: 1–4 years (B2B sales / client coordination / service-based sales preferred)

Role Overview :
We are looking for a Business Development Executive – Client Acquisition who will be responsible for handling qualified business opportunities, supporting client discussions, and assisting in driving deals toward closure.
This role focuses on converting qualified leads into clients and requires strong communication skills, ownership, and the ability to manage client interactions effectively.
This is not a lead-generation role.
The role works on qualified leads and supports the conversion process.
Key Responsibilities :
- Attend and manage qualified business meetings assigned by the sales/BD team
- Understand client requirements, business needs, and expectations
- Support evaluation of opportunities and assist in deciding next steps (proceed, hold, or drop)
- Participate in solution discussions and client presentations
- Assist in proposal sharing, pricing discussions, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with seniors for negotiation and deal closure
- Ensure proper follow-ups and timely communication with clients
- Support deal closure within defined timelines
- Assist in internal handover post deal closure
- Maintain accurate updates on deal status and pipeline
Required Skills (Mandatory) :
- Basic experience in B2B sales / client handling / coordination
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to interact professionally with clients
- Understanding of consultative / solution-based selling (basic level)
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn negotiation and objection handling
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and client conversations
Preferred (Not Mandatory) :
- Experience in service-based or solution sales
- Exposure to international clients (basic level)
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Background in IT services / consulting / B2B solutions
Performance Expectations :
- Consistent follow-ups on assigned opportunities
- Contribution to conversion of qualified leads
- Accuracy in maintaining sales pipeline data
- Professional and timely client communication
Authority & Accountability :
- Responsible for managing assigned opportunities
- Supporting negotiation and closure process
