Job Summary
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Prepare regular reports on sales progress and achievements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
