Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Engineer, located in Mohali district. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to meet organizational goals. Daily tasks involve analyzing market trends, implementing sales initiatives, and providing reports on growth opportunities. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to align efforts with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Business Development and New Business Development
- Strong Analytical Skills for market and trend analysis
- Proficient Communication and Interpersonal Skills for client and team interactions
- Sales experience, with a proven ability to identify and close deals
- Ability to work in an on-site, team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with the vocational or skill development industry is a plus
- A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
