TheGAW Industries is seeking a proactive Business Development Engineer to drive market expansion for our Fluid Transfer Solutions portfolio. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, building strategic customer relationships, and strengthening TheGAW Industries' presence across the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Marine, and Process industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities through market research, project scouting, and customer engagement.
- Generate qualified leads through customer meetings, networking, LinkedIn prospecting, and outbound communication.
- Build and maintain relationships with EPC contractors, OMCs, consultants, terminal operators, and key accounts.
- Monitor market trends, upcoming projects, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with the Technical Sales team to transition qualified opportunities into project proposals.
- Support marketing initiatives, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities to enhance brand visibility.
Academic Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum, or Petrochemical Engineering.
- Strong engineering fundamentals with an understanding of fluid transfer systems.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, Project Sales, or Technical Sales within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Marine, or Industrial Equipment sectors.
- Exposure to Loading Arms, Floating Suction Units, Flow Meters, or related fluid transfer equipment will be an advantage.
