Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for business development and sales of Fieldbus & Industrial Automation products.
- Promote products like Remote I/O, Fieldbus Systems, IO-Link, Ethernet Modules, PLCs, RFID, Sensors, and Industrial Networking solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities in OEM, process, and factory automation industries.
- Visit customers regularly for technical discussions, product presentations, and business development activities.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, system integrators, EPCs, and end users.
- Identify customer requirements and provide suitable automation solutions.
- Prepare techno-commercial offers, negotiate orders, and close business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal sales and technical support teams for project execution.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct seminars, demos, and product training for customers.
- Maintain CRM reports, sales pipeline, and daily activity reports.

Educational Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech in:
- Instrumentation
- Electronics
- Electrical
- Automation Engineering
Experience:
- 5–8 years’ experience in Industrial Automation / Fieldbus / Process Automation sales & business development.
- Experience in Pharma, Chemical, Automotive, FMCG, Packaging, or Manufacturing industries preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Strong technical understanding of industrial automation products.
- Self-motivated and target oriented.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Experience in handling OEMs and end-user industries.
