Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and negotiations with clients
- Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, operations, and management)
- Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports
Eligibility Criteria:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in business development / sales
- Experience in electronics, drone, or technology industry is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
