We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Business Transformation Solutions team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B sales, a solid understanding of ERP and enterprise software solutions, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic client engagement and consultative selling. Exposure to Quality Management Systems (QMS), Vendor Management Software, and digital transformation across supply chains will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities for Vendor Management Software Applications, Quality Management Software (QMS
- Conduct market research to understand customer challenges related to vendor performance, supplier onboarding, quality compliance, supply chain management, and procurement digitalization.
- Engage with CXOs, procurement heads, quality heads, and key decision-makers to position our Vendor & Quality Management solutions as enablers of operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and cost optimization.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a seamless end-to-end sales experience across the entire customer lifecycle.
- Deliver impactful product presentations, demos, and proposals showcasing the value of our Vendor Management, Quality Management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies and accelerate adoption across target industries such as manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain ecosystems.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM tools and provide regular reports, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Business Development / Sales within the ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions industry.
- Strong understanding of Vendor Management Software, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and digital transformation solutions.
- Exposure to domain such as Supply Chain Management will be a significant advantage.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, lead generation, and client engagement in a technology-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
