Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Drive profitable and sustainable growth for Low Voltage Drives business.
- Work closely with Product and Sales teams to identify market opportunities and support business objectives.
- Promote products and solutions to Consultants, End Users, OEMs, Panel Builders, and EPCs to achieve product approvals and specifications.
- Manage end-to-end project mapping and tracking across all stages of industrial projects.
- Review tender specifications, recommend suitable products, and prepare technical compliance documentation.
- Provide consultative selling support for large industrial projects across sectors such as Metals, Power, Water, Cement, Infrastructure, Food & Beverage, Chemicals, and other process industries.
- Support front-end sales teams in technical discussions, negotiations, and project closures.
- Develop market positioning strategies, identify target audiences, and execute marketing initiatives across various channels and customer segments.
- Analyze customer insights, market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to support growth strategies.
- Prepare reports, business proposals, and strategic recommendations based on market analysis and project tracking.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure successful execution of marketing programs and business initiatives.

Additional Information
Preferred Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline.
- Experience in industrial automation, drives, motors, or electrical solutions industry preferred.
- Prior exposure to EPCs, OEMs, consultants, and industrial projects will be highly valued.
