About Studio Yogvedant
Studio Yogvedant is a multidisciplinary art and design studio specialising in customised murals, sculptures, wall art, installations, decorative artworks and design solutions for residential, commercial, hospitality and public spaces.
We work closely with architects, interior designers, real estate developers, institutions and individual clients to develop customised artistic concepts and execute them through our network of artists and artisans.
We are looking for a proactive and organised Business Development & Design Research Executive who can support our design research, lead generation, outreach, website content management and ongoing client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design Research and Design Bank Development
- Research design trends, concepts and references across Pinterest, Instagram, Behance, architecture websites, interior-design platforms and other relevant sources.
- Shortlist suitable ideas for murals, sculptures, wall art, installations, decorative panels and other artistic mediums.
- Categorise shortlisted references according to style, application, material, theme, location and project type.
- Maintain an organised digital design bank that can be used by the management, sales team and clients.
- Regularly identify new design directions, materials, finishes and concepts relevant to Studio Yogvedant’s work.
- Ensure that shortlisted references are properly labelled, organised and easy to retrieve.
2. Lead Generation and Data Research
- Research and prepare databases of architects, interior designers, real estate developers, builders, hospitality groups, design firms and procurement professionals.
- Identify relevant decision-makers such as founders, principal architects, interior designers, project heads, purchase managers and procurement managers.
- Collect and verify company names, contact persons, phone numbers, email addresses, websites, social-media profiles and project information.
- Maintain an organised and regularly updated lead database.
- Segment prospective clients based on location, industry, project size, business potential and engagement status.
- Research upcoming residential, commercial, hospitality and institutional projects that may require customised artwork or installations.
3. Outreach, Cold Calling and Business Development
- Contact prospective architects, designers, developers and corporate clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other appropriate channels.
- Introduce Studio Yogvedant’s services and understand the prospect’s current or upcoming requirements.
- Share relevant portfolios, design references and company information with interested prospects.
- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule meetings or discussions for senior management with qualified prospects.
- Update the lead status, follow-up date, discussion summary and next action in the company database or CRM.
- Build long-term professional relationships with architects, designers, developers and procurement teams.
4. Website Listing and Basic SEO
- Upload Studio Yogvedant’s designs, products, artworks and completed projects to the company website.
- Write clear and accurate titles, descriptions, specifications, categories and application details.
- Add suitable keywords, image names, alt text, metadata, meta titles and meta descriptions.
- Organise designs into appropriate website categories and collections.
- Ensure that newly shortlisted or developed designs are regularly added to the website.
- Review existing website listings and improve incomplete, outdated or poorly presented information.
- Coordinate with the website developer or management whenever technical changes are required.
- Support the company’s objective of improving organic website traffic and online discoverability.
5. Client and Project Coordination
- Act as a communication bridge between senior management, clients, artists and artisans.
- Coordinate with existing clients regarding approved designs, project scope, dimensions, materials, timelines and site requirements.
- Share regular project progress updates with clients.
- Record client feedback and communicate it accurately to the concerned internal team.
- Follow up regarding approvals, drawings, samples, photographs, site information and other pending inputs.
- Maintain proper records of client discussions, commitments and revisions.
- Escalate technical, commercial or timeline-related concerns to senior management.
- Help ensure that projects move forward smoothly and that clients remain informed throughout the execution process.
- Familiarity with WordPress, WooCommerce or another content-management system will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, image resizing or simple content preparation will be an added advantage.

The ideal candidate should be curious about art, architecture and interior design while also being comfortable with commercial outreach and regular follow-ups.
