Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Business Development - Cyber Security Enterprise Sales professional. The role focuses on driving sales within the cybersecurity sector, with day-to-day responsibilities including lead generation, fostering client relationships, market analysis, developing sales proposals, and presenting tailored cybersecurity solutions to enterprise clients. The role also involves ensuring client satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and building a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify new business opportunities.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster client relationships and address customer needs effectively.
- Proven Analytical Skills for understanding cybersecurity trends and proposing data-driven solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven sales environment and meet deadlines consistently.
- Prior experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the cybersecurity or IT services industry, is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new enterprise & mid-market customers
- Build relationships with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads & Risk Leaders
- Understand customer security challenges and propose tailored solutions
- Collaborate with pre-sales & technical teams for solution positioning
- Own pipeline, forecasting, and deal strategy using CRM tools
- Achieve and exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Drive upsell & cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Represent the company in client meetings, presentations & negotiations
Required Experience & Skills
- 5–12 years of proven experience in Cyber Security / IT Sales
- Strong understanding of:
- SOC & Managed Security Services
- VAPT / Red Team / Blue Team
- GRC, ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS
- SIEM, DLP, Endpoint & Cloud Security
- Excellent negotiation, communication & presentation skills
- Strong customer relationship management abilities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and close deals end-to-end
