Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across the Bundelkhand region.
- Develop strong relationships with local businesses, educational institutions, real estate companies, government organizations, and advertisers.
- Pitch advertising, branding, media promotion, and digital marketing solutions to clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, negotiations, and client follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal editorial, media, and creative teams for campaign execution.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and client accounts.
- Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and business development updates.
- Represent the organization at networking events, business meetings, and promotional activities.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Sales-driven mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage field activities.
- Understanding of regional markets and client servicing.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and media sales will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and online reporting tools.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Media Sales, Advertising Sales, Marketing, or Client Acquisition.
- Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills may also apply.
- Must own a two-wheeler and be comfortable with traveling across the Bundelkhand region.
