Mynaa Tech also manages two prominent portals, Householdpackers.com and Carbikemovers.com, which collectively form India’s largest transport network, connecting customers to reliable vendors for relocating cars, bikes, and household items across cities. The company is dedicated to simplifying complex logistical challenges and delivering excellent customer experiences.
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development cum Operations Manager to join our team. This dual-role position is critical to our growth, requiring a professional who can simultaneously drive new client acquisition and ensure our warehouse operations run with precision.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Growth:
· Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients requiring warehousing and storage solutions.
· Client Meetings: Travel to meet prospective clients, deliver presentations, and pitch our service offerings.
· Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new corporate partners.
· Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for business expansion.
Operations Management:
· End-to-End Oversight: Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory handling and storage protocols.
· Process Optimization: Implement and refine operational workflows to improve speed and reduce costs.
· Vendor & Logistics Coordination: Work closely with logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
· Reporting: Maintain accurate records of operational metrics and sales progress for management review.
Requirements & Qualifications:
· Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of proven experience in Operations (logistics or warehousing background is highly preferred).
· Education: Graduate in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
· Mobility: Must possess a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license for frequent client site visits.
· Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
· Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word) and familiar with CRM or warehouse management software.
· Mindset: A "growth mindset" with the ability to multitask between sales targets and operational deadlines.
