About the RoleWe are seeking an aggressive, strategic, and network-driven Business Development Content Acquisition to spearhead our media growth engine. This is a dual-impact role: you will own the lifecycle of our media intellectual property—driving content acquisition, licensing, and syndication deals—while simultaneously acting as a rainmaker for our media services, bringing in brands, advertisers, and clients for digital ad placements across our fast-growing social media pages.
If you have a deep understanding of the media landscape, a proven track record of selling digital ad space, and the negotiation skills to close high-value content partnerships, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities- Ad Sales & Brand Sponsorships: Actively pitch and secure direct clients, advertising agencies, and brands for digital ad space, sponsored content, and integrated marketing campaigns across our active social media properties.
- Media Service Sales: Drive business-to-business (B2B) sales for our internal media services, capturing revenue from clients looking for production, creative, or digital execution support.
- Content Acquisition & Partnerships: Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-quality content, creators, and IPs that align with our brand portfolio. Build and nurture long-term strategic alliances with production houses and independent agencies.
- Distribution & Syndication: Monetize our core content engine by pitching, negotiating, and securing placement across OTT platforms, linear TV, digital networks, and emerging streaming services.
- Licensing & Revenue Generation: Structure and execute profitable licensing deals, maximizing the commercial potential of our proprietary assets while hitting aggressive monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- End-to-End Deal Structuring: Own the commercial pipeline—from cold outreach and initial pitch to financial modeling, contract negotiation, and final execution.
What We Are Looking For- Experience: 2–5 years of solid business development, ad sales, or media partnership experience within the media, entertainment, agency, or digital production ecosystem.
- Core Expertise: Demonstrated success in digital ad sales, Content acquisition, selling media packages, and acquiring media packages, content syndication, and B2B client onboarding.
- Network: An active rolodex of corporate clients, brand managers, media buyers, and advertising agencies.
- Skills: Exceptional pitch and storytelling skills, strong closing capabilities, financial acumen for deal modeling, and a high comfort level with performance targets.
- Location: Ability to work full-time out of our office in Moti Nagar, Delhi.
