π Hiring: Business Development Consultant (B2B IT Sales)
π Location: Noida (On-site)
π Shift: 2:00 PM β 11:00 PM (UK Shift)
π° CTC: Up to 10 LPA + Lucrative Incentives
Weβre looking for a driven and target-oriented Business Development Consultant to join our growing team. If you have strong experience in B2B IT services sales and international client handling, this could be a great opportunity.
π What Youβll Be Doing:
- Drive sales for web & mobile development projects
- Sell IT staff augmentation services
- Engage with international clients (US, UK, Europe, Australia, Middle East)
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle
- Build and nurture a strong sales pipeline
- Deliver consultative, value-driven sales pitches

What Weβre Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B IT / Digital Services Sales
- Strong exposure to international markets
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Ability to independently close deals
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus
π Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience selling SEO, paid ads, branding, or marketing services
- Exposure to AI solutions, web/app development, or staffing services
