Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Consultant role based in Dwarka. The Business Development Consultant will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and support the growth of recruitment and consulting services. Daily responsibilities include researching potential clients, generating leads, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting service offerings in a clear and persuasive manner. The role involves developing business plans, preparing proposals, tracking sales pipelines, and collaborating with internal recruitment teams to align client requirements with available talent. The consultant will regularly report on business development activities, monitor market trends, and contribute ideas for improving client acquisition and retention strategies.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Business Planning to identify opportunities and structure effective growth strategies.
- Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation and Consulting skills to attract prospective clients and provide solution-focused guidance.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident client-facing interaction.
- Relevant experience in business development, sales, or consulting, preferably in recruitment, staffing, or professional services.
- Ability to work on-site in Dwarka, manage multiple client accounts, and meet targets within defined timelines.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with proficiency in basic productivity tools (e.g., CRM, spreadsheets, presentation software).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
