Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune Division for a Business Development Consultant. The role involves identifying and pursuing opportunities for new business development, generating and maintaining leads, consulting with potential clients, providing strategic guidance to grow the business, and contributing to the organization's business planning initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong Consulting and Business Planning skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively and adapt to diverse business environments
- Proven ability to meet targets and deliver results
- Understanding of the wellness or hospitality industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
