Job description
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Consultant with a minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably from the EdTech or training industry. Only Pune-based candidates will be considered.
Salary: Up to 5 LPA (Based on Interview performance and previous experience)
Key Responsibilities:
• Counselling & Sales: Understand candidate needs and career goals to suggest appropriate digital marketing programs.
• Course Promotion & Sales: Effectively pitch course benefits, USPs, and success stories to drive enrolment.
• Follow-up & Conversion: Maintain timely follow-ups with leads through calls and emails to ensure maximum conversions.
• CRM Management: Accurately update and manage lead data, status, and communication in the CRM system.
• Market Understanding: Stay informed about current trends in digital marketing and competitor course offerings to provide the best guidance.
• Revenue Target Achievement: Work towards monthly/quarterly student enrolment and revenue targets.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Education: Any graduate/postgraduate (preferred background in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration).
Experience: Minimum 1 to 5 years of B2C sales, academic/course counselling, or EdTech sales
Location: Thane West -based candidates only.
Availability: Immediate joiners or those with a notice period of less than 15 days are preferred.
Key Skills Required:
• Strong spoken & written communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
• Proven ability to counsel, convince, and close B2C sales.
• Target-driven with a passion for connecting with learners.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle sales objections smartly.
• A passion for understanding digital marketing courses is a plus.
