Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Business Development Consultant. In this position, you will identify and develop new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and represent CodeArray Technologies in client engagements and negotiations. You will work on lead generation, create strategic business plans, and consult with clients to help them realize the value of our services. A successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to align client needs with appropriate solutions, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication and Consulting skills to interact effectively with clients across industries
- Experience in Business Planning to develop strategies that align with company goals
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a client-focused approach
- Proficiency with CRM tools and understanding of market trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the technology or software development industry is a plus
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
