CliniLaunch Research Institute is looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our Business Development Team
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective candidates
• Provide information about courses, training programs, and career opportunities
• Follow up with leads and guide candidates through the enrollment process
• Maintain regular communication and build strong candidate relationships
• Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support
Candidate Requirements:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in Inside Sales and Business Development
• Ability to handle leads and convert inquiries into enrollments
• Knowledge of Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam is an added advantage
• Immediate joiners are preferred
Salary:
₹18,000 Take Home + Incentives for Freshers
