Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Assistant Manager Business Development, located in Mumbai. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and sustaining client relationships, conducting market research, and preparing business proposals. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to develop strategies for growth, supporting client presentations, and tracking sales goals to meet corporate objectives.
Qualifications
- Business Development and Client Relationship Management skills
- Experience in Market Research and Analysis
- Proficiency in preparing Business Proposals and facilitating Sales Presentations
- Strategic Planning and Goal-Tracking capabilities
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field; MBA preferred
- Experience in consulting, financial, or professional services is a plus
